just to say VPN Client v4 is now available from CCO for Mac OSX (with and without GUI), Linux, Solaris and Windows (MSI and IS installer as usual).
The web page for release notes doesn't yet say anything but the PDF link works and lists new features as:

Alerts (Delete With Reason)
Single IPSec-SA
Personal Firewall Enhancements
Coexistence with Third-Party VPN Vendors
