The VPN Client 4.6 is no longer available for download on Cisco.com. It has been replaced with the 4.8.x and 5.x versions of VPN Clients for Windows. Please consider using 4.8.02.0010 or 5.0.06.0110 which are the most current releases in those trains. 5.0.06.0110 is the most recent of all and would have the latest bug fixes.
If there are problems preventing you from using the 4.8.x or 5.x versions, or a valid reason that you must have 4.6 please open a TAC ticket.
