I forgot to tell you the VPN model is 3000 and after reboot the problem get it solved but same problem happens very next day and so. The Cisco version is being used i.e. vpn3005-4.1.7.D-k9.bin.

The 3005 is a very old product. And the version of software that you are running on it is very old for that platform. So my first piece of advice would be to try to get a more recent version of code to run on it and see if that fixes the problem. You are currently running version 4.1.7.D and when I check on the Cisco web site I see that versions go up to 4.7.2.P.

Ray,
VPN 3000 has a very good logging and you should be able to tell what event it was just before it went down. If this happens everyday at the same time, take a look at Administration/System Reboot to see if you have scheduled a daily reboot.
