VPN Connection attempt timed out - using my home internet ISP (Xplornet LTE)

Hi!

I am attempting to connect to our corporate VPN from home and am unable. The error message is suggesting connectivity issue but my internet is working fine (25mbps). Is there a setting that needs to be changed in order for this to work, as my internet is over LTE?

I have very little knowledge when it comes to troubleshooting.

Hi

Are you using anyconnect to connect to your corporate vpn?
Do you ping the fqdn of your vpn?
Did you try nslookup of your fqdn to validate you're actually able to get the public ip related to it?
If it's a https link, have you tried opening this link on your browser?
