VPN connectivity between ASA and TP-LinkRouter

Dears,

Looking for a VPN connectivity from home(TPLink 4G MR200, which has IPSEC VPN) to office having cisco ASA5510 for providing only telephone connectivity to home.

from home, Plan to use VPN for IP phone connectivity with office (through ipsec Lan To Lan connectivity)and rest traffic(home internet) should flow through 4G Sim.

Anyone please guide me to do the configuration part and advise regarding this.

If L2L vpn enabled, how to do the voice traffic to use vpn and rest home internet traffic to use 4G?

Possible in TPLink ?
