VPN Disconnection

Hi

We have a VPN 3000 that we use to connect.

We are recieving reports that some of the users are connected but after a set period of time they are disconnected. Is there any changes that I could look at in the VPN 3000 that could point me in the right direction.

It's OK. problem resolved. Our phase 1 is set to 1440 seconds.

The default value is 86400 seconds for phase I (24 hours).

Jayesh,

The tunnel should rebuild itself at regular intervals in the background and therefore rekeying and resetting the session but without disconnecting the client.
If your timing is at phase1 then the session should be built and as your connected the phase 2 completion should not get dropped. Do you have a timing limitation on the session as a whole ?
