VPN for 300 users

I am already using soft VPN configured on my Cisco 2811 Router, I heard that the normal VPN license is only for 10 concurrent users but I never tried to connect more than 10 users at the same time,  I want to give remote access to my company users (more than 300 users),

Do I need to upgrade its license? or IOS ?

what is the best solution for it ? is it a professional approach ?

What are the other major functionalities (like NAT,Routing Protocol) being carried out by your router ? If your router is already stuffed with major processes then i would suggest to go for a standalone ASA box which can solve your purpose.

If your router is not that heavily loaded with that many processes then you can think of using AIM module compatible with the 2811 series routers.
