just have a rv320 connected to computer and smart tv. what vpn on the rv320 gives me vpn service through internet-ie different ip address? that also goes to smart tv?

You need elaborate more on the requirement here ? you looking to setup a VPN on RV so you can login from internet and conenct to your Local devices ?

create a access policy to deny from VPN users  communication.

The suggestion made based on our understanding -  if you like to deny VPN users to not to access your Local LAN like TV or any other devices, create an Access Rules on the router, so it will be denied accessing those devices? (hope this is what you looking to achieve).
