Hi, I have a 1751 Router with AIM VPN Card and I fast Ethernet Interface. Wondering how can I terminate the VPN Tunnel from the VPN3060 to 1751 which has got only one FE Interface. Please post a sample config if there is any.

I have configured VPN tunnel with 2 Ethernet Interface one on the LAN and one on the DMZ or WAN. Not sure how could the same just using one interface on the Router Side.

What tunnel are you trying to configure?? If its IPSec the commands are same, you just have to assign the crypto map on the fast ethernet Interface using the command crypto map .

Hi, you can terminate the tunnel on the same interface that has the crypto map enabled.

It is called a one-armed configuration.

You can attach apply the crypto map to the LAN interface (in this case the only interface)

The crypto map should always be applied to the physical interface that receives the encrypted traffic.

I've seen some issues when you configure this scenario using primary and secondary IP addresses on the same interface.

Not sure if this is a bug or it simple won't work.

With just one network if works fine.

Hope this helps.
