VPN from Inside to Outside while allowing Client VPN.

I know when you enable Client VPN on a PIX firewall, this blocks the ability for internal clients to create an External VPN tunnel to another network. I'm curious to see how other people get around this issue. Is there an easier way then creating a second gateway/firewall?

PIX being a security device would not allow a packet to enter from an interface and then go out from the same interface.
