VPN internal URL access from public internet

So there is an application and that Url which is only accessible from our company VPN. But we need a service support from external vendor. Is there any way we can make this particular URL accessible to them?

@imarsal a couple of options, require the 3rd party to access the website via a vpn, either remote access vpn or site to site vpn. Optionally setup nat and allow the site to be accessed over the Internet without a vpn, restrict access on the ACL to traffic from the 3rd parties public ip addresses.

if all people required giving access to externally is good options  - So you NAT public IP with internal IP

and you like to  VPN users to access, you can punch a Local DNS - A Record  with Local IP so people can access from VPN also
