Hi,
how to solve this issue ya ?my VPN keep login failed,
when i ask my admin to unblock got error "too many attempt".
but i recently key in one time and i very sure that my password was correct.
feel shame to my admin coz frequently request him to unblock my VPN.VPN and AnyConnect k

Hey dont be shame. if something is not working and you putting your password correct and even it not letting you in you have to speak to your admin guy to get the issue reslove. least Admin know there is some issue going on in the network in regards to anyconnect.
do not be afraid to ask the question or the problem you having. just tell him you keep having issue with anyconnect you putting the right password but its still not working.

I am IT Person actually,
My admin ask to find what is the root cause.
because others colleague dont have this issue,
only on my laptop occur this issue.

if I am right the anyconect save the OLD password and any connect auto connect and each time auto connect it use OLD password not new one.
if you use win check PLAP and delete the OLD password.

Hi,
Basically after my admin unblock my vpn, then i key in my password, its work.
but when i lock or sleep my laptop, they didnt connect back the VPN,
when i key in back my password, its say login failed.

This seem to be that your Radius server is playing up. When you wake up your laptop after sleep it retry to authenticate the ASA is acting as proxy could you not check the logs on the Radius server?
