I have a Cisco 3005 and our users are using Cisco VPN client, however I have one user who has a DSL over ISDN alcatel router at home and this device is assingning address in the same network that our DHCP server so the user can connect to the VPN but cannot use any of the services in the network (he cannot even ping its default gateway), it is imposible to change the DHCP scope at home, does somebody know what could I do?, I cannot change the DHCP scope in our office neither.

You can configure the 3005 user group config and the client config to allow the use of the local-lan. You must make the change in both places, as the 3005 group config overrides the client config with regards to using the local lan. You may need to have the user adjust the metric on the workstation at home to use a metric of 1 on the local lan interface - I have seen some workstations use a metric other than one for local lan access, usually they are ms win xp pc's. Another alternative might be for the user to use static address on the home pc and maybe change the local lan interface on the alcatel router.
Let me know if any of this is feasible.
