I attached config from BUH1, BUH02, ClinicaA01, ClinicaB02, P0.

You don't redistribute ospf into Bgp and bgp into ospf,

You need to add the following on BUH1 and BUH2:

router bgp 65500
address-family ipv4 vrf INTERNET
redistribute connected
exit-address-family
