VPN portal page editing

I would like to edit the vpn portal page. I am not familiar with xml. The portal page also has some instruction by default :

"Initiate an AnyConnect client session to provide client applications on your desktop with network access through your VPN, depending on your company's VPN configuration and your own network access rights. For example, an AnyConnect session ......"

I want to change it a customized version of text but I cannot find any option to edit this or this text even when I look at the default xml file. 

ANy idea ?
