Hello,
I am running windows 7 64Bit with Cisco AnyConnect 3.1.10010. I have been running this for some time now but these msgs are new.
When I reboot my laptop I now get the following messages on startup;
pop up window " VPN Service is nor available"
and pop up " VPN agent is not responding. Please restart this application after a minute."
I do not see Cisco AnyConnect running in the active tray, so I simply go to Start > All Programs > Cisco > Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client and start it up manually.....no problems, and it works.
I have checked my services and do see "Cisco AnyConnect Secure mobility Agent" is started, and start up type is Automatic.
I have check msconfig startup and do see "Cisco AnyConnect Secure mobility Agent for Windows" is set to start.
Now, I have noticed that if I reboot my laptop and get to windows logon screen and wait a few minutes before I logon to windows, its works...no msgs at all. This (in my mine) is telling me the cisco anyconnect service is not yet started if I logon to windows quickly and I need to slow down the msconfig startup of "Cisco AnyConnect Secure mobility Agent for Windows"...?? but I am guessing at this.
I have seen other posts here about these same messages, but none seems to solve this issue....I hope someone knows what I can do?
Thanks,
Gary

Hi
I've been having exactly the same problem for the last week (worked fine before that). I'm running Cisco on Windows 10, 64 bit. Have you managed to get it sorted?

Hi Nikki,
No, no fix as of yet. At least it still works.

I've done the same now and disabled Cisco at Startup and manually started up after log on. It works.
Thanks
