VPN : user login logouts another

We have a little network with 4 Windows XP PCs, all of them connected to internet through a Cisco 1700.

Each of them can connect to a same distant VPN server thanks to the CISCO VPN client. It generally works fine, even with 4 PCs connected to the VPN at the same time.

However, sometimes (randomly, with no obvious reasons), when one of the user connects to VPN, it disconnects another one (whatsoever the number of already connected users).

The disconnected user can just watch this message : "The remote peer has terminated your VPN connection".

The network admin of VPN server can't figure the reason of such a problem.

Any idea?

Thanks in advance.

Does the distant endpoint have NAT-T allowed. Ask them to open UDP port 4500.
