VPN using bewteen static IP and DHCP

I use static ip address and use vpn-client to connect cisco server.Everything is O.K. I can browse my company website(192.168.0.4).

But I buy a D-link (DI-707)Cable/dsl router to be a DHCP server. I got ip address through NAT(192.168.0.164).And I use vpn client program to connect cisco sever.I can't browse my company website.

I can ping cisco sever.I only can see cisco logging page.

Could you tell me how to solve this problem?

Try checking your D-Link router. If it’s using one translation address for all hosts, you can’t do your VPN. You need true NAT.
