VPN Version 4.0 for Japan???

I'm trying to find a Japanese version of the 4.0 VPN Client (win2k / XP) that will work on a user's Tokyo-based computer. Link Please???

As long as I know there is no VPN 30000 client version 4.0 that displays all the menus in Japanese characters (Kanji, Hiragana).

Just FYI, my personal experience with Client v4.0 still has bugs, especially it doesn`t able to be installed on a Japanese version of Windows 2000 (Server or Proffesional) with Service Pack 3 applied.
