When I look through configuration examples for IOS Web VPN - it seems to draw you toward populating a web page of web sites that users can go to. I would rather thin client act like CVPN 4.x client - e.g. split tunnel with access to any resource internal resource. Is this possible with Cisco Web VPN ? Also - with WebVPN is there any NAC ability?

I am not sure about IOS SSL vpn, but on the asa webvpn there is a full ssl client option. With this you can either tunnel everything, or split tunnel and only tunnel defined networks. I hope this answers your question.
