Website SSL Certification appears differently when VPN is on/off?

the website's ssl cert is expired when connected to the vpn but appears fine when vpn is off or in LAN

@wis1027 hi, if you are using SSL inspection in your VPN setup, this scenario is possible. check if direct certificate and certificate via VPN is same domain name or different. if you have SSL inspection, most probably you are getting certificate installed in firewall and that may expired.

Hi, we're using cisco ASA for our firewall/VPN. I don't believe we're using ssl inspection for our VPN. website and vpn have the same domain name but upon checking vpn cert is updated.
