Hi,
I am struggling to get mind head wrapped around any new VPN licensing so please help. I read all FAQ at following URL but it's still not clear to me.
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/security/anyconnect-secure-mobility-client/200191-AnyConnect-Licensing-Frequently-Asked-Qu.html
Questions:
1. I purchased 2 new ASA5516 units with qty 2 of AC-PLS-5YR-25. I did not receive any license PAK via mail or e-mail. Am I supposed to get it?
2. Do I need to acquire an activation key because show version doesn't show AnyConnect or AnyConnect mobile license enable. Is that normal?

1. Yes you should receive a PAK. Usually they are sent via eDelivery (PDF attached to an email). Contact your reseller if you need for it to be re-sent.
2. Once you get the PAK you redeem it in the Cisco licensing portal to get the activation key. Once you configure your ASA using that key, your licensed features will be updated. Note the AC 4.x license types will make the ASA show the maximum for the hardware platform, no matter how many you purchased.
3. Yes, you did right.
