Hi,
We have a customer who has three sites. We are required to install three routers over there. Our upstream provider is new and he insists that he cannot give public IP for all the three sites. Instead he can do the port forwarding.
Previously we were using L2TP over IPSec to access the in house services. Now since public IP is not available, what is the best VPN option in this scenario for all of our cisco routers. Can any please help. Please keep the things simple for me. Thanks

what do you mean, they cannot give public IP addresses? who are they going to route traffic across internet? and if you want to set up a IPSEC tunnel, what peer IP address will you need to point to?

Are you referring to client VPN? If so, I would use Cisco AnyConnect.
Typically you need tcp and UDP 443 forwarded through to the router. However you can configure the router to use any port you like.
