what is the reason about anyconnect vpn client unable to open xml document or data?
It's there anyone else met this problem? And how to solve this problem,can you help me?
PS:There is not every pc have this problem.Only some pc have this problem. In windows xp system.

Hi,
It is not easy to find the reason for this error without the proper troubleshooting.
You would need to run DART and collect the AnyConnect and CSD logs.
On the other hand:
CSD version?
AnyConnect version?

When you mean XML document you talking about the preference XML file?
How did you deploy the client? Web deploy or pre-deploy?
