Win2k to Pix515E VPN

My Vpn connects fine using RADIUS however I get a "no translation group found for 'prot' src outside 192.168.9.129 (vpn local pool) dst inside (inside address)" No matter what proticol is attempted.

I read somewhere that you cannot setup a static if you have failover and we do. Do I need a nat on the outside interface? (and then a nat 0 to exclude the traffic) does that make sense?

If it is not obvious I cannot do anything past connect to the PIX via VPN and go no further.
