Windows 8 and IE 10 64bit issues with Cisco Secure Desktop

Just upgraded computers and I cannot get cisco secure desktop to load.
I'm running windows 8 with IE10 64bit. I've tried it on internet explorer, chrome, firefox with similar results.
The message below is from Firefox. Any suggestions?
