Adding a DAT file on the PAC files configurations

Here is what i am requested to do, The short version is the Proxy.pac file has to be renamed to Proxy.DAT (Suggest make a copy and rename the copy), so the proxy.pac file already exist in our WSA so now i am requested to make a copy and change it to DAT file type. so nothing in the pac file script is changed the only thing that is changed is the file type from Pac to DAT

You can call any name as long the user confiured to download the file (not sure why .Dat file ? some  time any antivirus may have issue, so you need to white list .dat file to download clients)

PAC was OLD

new style was WPAD file for Windows 10 clients
