Can I manage a WSA from the SMA using the P1 interface instead of the M1 interface

I have enabled SSH and configured the SMA to talk to the P1 interface and it says connection refused.  Is this because the SMA needs to communicate using the M1 interface?

if possible i will suggest to have seperate Management - Manangment  and also your logs will be shipped using M1 intercace dedicated.

I am not able to re-collect, i have tested this, but make sure you have removed the tick box in interface config (M1 interface to Manangment)

you have route setup correctly in routes.
