Cannot join WSA to AD: Computer Account creation failed - Operations error

Hi,

i have a cisco WSA380 with latest version 11.5.1.

When i try to reach AD, i got :

Computer Account creation failed. Failure: Error while joining WSA onto server 'X.X.X.X' : Failed to join domain: failed to precreate account in ou ou=XXXXXX,ou=XXXXXX,ou=ouXXXXXX ,dc=XXXXXX,dc=XXXXXX: Operations error

I use IP address  for DC,

group admin domain user account

no fw between the WSA and the AD via management interface

Coudl you help ?

Hi ,

the user account should have the right to create machine object in the domain.
Have you placed your DNS records also?

Of course I'm using the correct account! How about some feedback?
