Hi Master,
I am facing an issue while upgrading Cisco WSA from version 14.0.4 to 15.0. When I read the release notes, I noticed that upgrading to version 15.0 requires enabling a smart license, which I have already done.
I performed the upgrade, and I did not find any error logs. However, after restarting and logging back in, I saw that the WSA version remained at the old version (14.0.4). I assumed that the upgrade might need to be done in stages, so I upgraded from version 14.0.4 to 14.5.2, and that was successful.
However, when I upgraded from 14.5.2 to 15.2, the same issue occurred. After rebooting, it reverted back to version 14.5.2.
Has anyone experienced the same issue and how can it be resolved?

Hello @iin-mujahid
Hope you are doing fine,
Please open a TAC case, we will check and correct the boot partition. sometimes after hard-reboot or sometimes due to some issues in the upgrade, you might face the same issue. this can be fixed with backend access.
