Hi there!
I have been experiencing a login problem with my WSA. Services are okay but I cannot access it through HTTP or SSH. I am getting the following message:

I reloaded the WSA applaince and it stopped working. It is up but no traffic. I cannot get access via HTTP, SSH and Console. Opened a TAC and the engineer requested to replace the applaince. I did a interface test thru the "enablediag" and I was able to ssh the applaince but got the same error.

Joao,
As you discovered, this type of error is VERY bad. Sometimes you can get in via the serial console and run the "reload" command in order to wipe the WSA back to factory defaults. Usually in this case, you will have to replace the unit with an RMA.

I have two WSA and everytime that I need to list the authenticated user I got the same message and both WSA closed the ssh connection!!!

Like stated above. You will need to open a tac case as this will most likely result in a RMA.

I am facing the same problem with my Cisco IronPort S170. May you please advise how you solved the problem. I am able to access the terminal but it does not allow me to type in anything. See output below:
