Hi all!!!,
I have a problem in the configuration of two virtual WSA devices, both have version 10.5.2-072 and are managed by an SMA device. When configuring the high availability between the WSA devices, both devices are in the master state, is not possible for one of them to assume the backup role. The configuration of the backup WSA is correct according to the configuration guide of the device, the priority of this device is 200 and is selected as backup, which may be happening that does not allow the equipment to be master and backup ??

Could you tell if HA has been configured in the wsa gui or cli.
The fields quoted below should be the same for the two WSAvs:
Failover Group ID, Hostname and Virtual IP Address and Netmask
Priority
Master WSA (Master) - (255 priority)
Secondary WSA (Backup) - (200 priority)
If it still persists, please send me the configuration of your router may be in private to verify the vrrp.
