WSA user access log display behavior

Dear Cisco Community Member,

My customer do found out that certain user access log are display as URL, but some are not.

I opened a discussion before and another member said that this is normal behavior. Only valid URL will be display on GUI. However, I do not Cisco official release that discussing on this behavior.

Can anyone confirm and provide me valid supporting release by Cisco?

It is advisable to open a case with the TAC, since it is a serious case.
