How to Whitelist URL with Port in WSA

I would like help with whitelisting a site with port 80. I don't want to whitelist port 80 for all sites, just one in particular. I already whitelisted the site, but port 80 is not a port we are allowing, so it's getting blocked.

Can you post the Logs which you getting to understand what is blocking.

Best I can do. I'm not the network engineer. The transaction for Zscaler is during application enrollment. 

Zscaler.com was added to User Defined

User Defined URL is in Monitoring Mode

if you click on the zscaler it show you what access policy was denied ?
