Ironport M Series upgrade

We have upgraded our M660 to 7.2.1-036 code, we have not

upgraded any of our WSA's to 7.x code yet, but noticed under the

7.2 configuration master that identities that had any identity that

had a authentication realm/scheme are showing red and it's

reporting Realm or sequence not found. Is this normal and will this

change once we upgrade a WSA to 7.x code that has these Realms

defined.

Hi Patrick,

If you are still running AsyncOS 6 on the WSAs, then you need not look at configuration master 7.x. To centrally manage WSAs running AsyncOS 6 you need to make sure that the configuration master 6 is not giving out any errors.

Can you please confirm that you are not receiving any errors when you are using configuration master 6?

I see this happened four years ago and still no answer. I have the same problem. After upgrading M670 from a 8.0 release to 8.3.6-039 which now makes WSA Async 8.0 available. When I look at the Configuration Master 8.0. Identities I see "Authentication: CMCTESTAD*"

Under all the identities is: *Realm or sequence not found

As we have just finished upgrading our test WSA hasn't been upgraded yet. Also noticed same issue in Configuration Master 7.5.
