The Ironport WSA S160 reports to the M670. The overview report is great, but how does one generate reports for specific identities that are defined in the WSA? I have Identities for users/groups/IP ranges.
While you can do some ad-hoc tracking for Users and IP ranges on the M-series, Group based reporting is not supported on box. You can use the Splunk for WSA reporting tool to perform Group based reporting as well as more granular reports.
I've just downloaded Splunk but have no idea where to go next. I need to run a report on bandwidth usage and user IP address / bandwidth usage on an IP range for a particular location. Is there any guides I can reference that could help me?
