Hello all.
I have a problem with our 2хCisco IronPort S360.
Have been installed from new, updated to 7.5.1-079, configured.
Everything is ok users can work with proxy server, but categorizing url don`t work. Now is working in "Monitor" mode.
In fact every URL is uncategorized except "Custom URL Categories".
Some screenshot in attach.
Can anybody point the way for solving the problem?

Hi,
If you look at the second image it says that you have never updated the URL categorys.
Does the management port, (I think), have direct access to the internet for updating?
If you don't want to do this and since you have two WSAs you could point each WSA at each other to use the proxy for updating.
But basically it looks like you might have a communication issue between Cisco and the IronPorts.

Yes there are no updates yet, but IronPort already have some current database and I guess IronPort should work with it.
Either Managment nor Data port doesn`t have direct internet connection. For updates I set up upstream proxy server.
From upstream proxy server logs I see what IronPort establish connection with cisco update servers.
Anyway I will try to do something with updates.
Where I can see real current updates version for matching with my updates version?

Cheers, you are properly licenced?
I think if your licence has expired only the custom categorys will work.

I guess with license everything is OK. (screenshot in attach).

1.5 year ago they change keys but don't notice us about it.
After change keys everything is ok.
