LDAPS procedure

Hello, 

I have WSA in latest version and I would like to perform LDAPS. 

What are the requirements for this, because I tried it and it failed. 

LDAP is working properly.

LDAPS you need trusted certificate i guess.

Do you know if your AD servers have certificates? If they don't, fix that first.



If they do, usually the issue is adding the root cert that the AD servers certs are using to the trusted certificates on the WSA



Use the export procedure here: https://help.duo.com/s/article/2222?language=en_US

Then on the WSA, under Network/Certificate Management, click the "Manage Trust Root Certificates..." button and import the root and any intermediates.
