Hi,

The application fault message is due to defect CSCvf71696 (Scheduled & Archived PDF reports fail with critical error on 10.5.1 version).

https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvf71696/?reffering_site=dumpcr

At the moment there is no fix on this defect as of yet, however there is a workaround:

Workaround:

While the WSA fails to generate the report, you can manually generate the report as follows:

1. Go to Reporting -> Scheduled Report link in GUI
2. Click on the "Report Title" of the report you want to generate
3. Click on "Preview PDF Report"
4. This will generate a report with the time range specified in the report with the end date of the current day.

Looks like a periodic report isnt working.
So I'd conside it not critical to actual function of the WSA

I seem to remember a bug related to periodic reports.... Search the bug tool on Cisco's site...
