apologies if this is brought up in the wrong forum or channel, but I did not find any proper entry point for this case.
It has come to our attention that one of our host names which we use for serving application data (through an xml and json API to mention a few) has gotten a very low rating in Ironport, which subsequently causes the host to be blocked. This is causing us technical difficulties and loss in revenue for our customers operating in networks using Ironport.
I have read through the publicly available information on which criterias can cause a low rating, none of them fulfilled by our application (as far as I can deduce).
We would like to open a dialog on this, since we feel the rating is not justified, including being presented what is causing the low rating.
