Slow browsing speeds after implementing WSA

Hi guys,

We are experiencing slow browsing speeds after implementing a WSA. Any tips on what I can check to troubleshoot the root cause of this? We have a S190 appliance deployed as a transparent proxy running AsyncOS 9.1.3-016 for Web.

Hello,

Would recommend to open a TAC case for this since the engineer can get deeper information in the appliance and the traffic pattern, such as authentication used, HTTP/HTTPS traffic pattern, any known defect and they can analyse the appliance on the root level to see each services in the appliance that can causing the performance issue.
