I've got a strange issue with using https decryption as I've got a couple of items that are needed for pass-through. There is a custom category that I've created for these internet sites and it is set for Pass Through in the Decryption (Global Policy). For some reason I cannot access these sites and observed that these site are being pass through the logs. Also, for some reason I cannot bypass these sites in Ironport as well. We have had this working on an older setup, since we have migrated from the WSA S160 and to the S370 appliance.
I have an open TAC SR and so far, they are currently reviewing packet captures. There is no answer as to what is happening.
Any help on this is greatly appreciated.
