Hello,
I'm working on a project to create new wccp service group IDs since we are adding two new CE(Websense Content Engines). Currently, we have a service group (0,5, and 70) with ACLs to redirect traffic to specific CE. I reviewed the below post listed below and wanted to find out what service group IDs can I use to redirect traffic to the new CE if I have already used service group IDs 0,5,70 (http, ftp, https)?
Thanks in advance,
~zK

Thanks for your input, Ken!
We platform we're using is the ASA5585. Is there a cisco doc that list what service group id are available or can be used?
Thanks in advance,
~zK

NP... another question, is service group range 90-97 considered a dynamic service group or well-known service group?
Thanks in advance.
Service 90-97 | user configurable |
User-defined WCCP services that support up to eight ports for each WCCP service. When you configure these user-defined services, you must specify whether to redirect the traffic to the HTTP caching application, to the HTTPS application, or to the streaming application on the content engine.

Thanks again for your answer. So, once I have picked out the service groups, i.e. 90, 95, and 97; how would the ASA know what type of traffic each service group is associated with (port 80, port 443, etc...)? Based on the Cisco link below, these service groups need to be identified by CE first, is that correct?
Thanks, ~zK
