I have an Ironport WSA S170, and now it works with AsyncOS 7.1.4-053.
I want to upgrade AsyncOS of the S170 to 7.5 from my local web server, so I need to download WSA 7.5 upgrade files.
When I use the follow link and input serial number, base release tag of my S170. It return a blank web page to me.

Did I use the wrong link to download files?
Can anyone tell the correct link to me?
Thanks for your help.

7.5 isn't GA yet. Call TAC and see if you can get it from them...

Thanks Ken, I will call TAC to try to get it.
By the way, do you know when will 7.5 become GA?

Hi Guys,
I followed the following guide, but with no luck, the page is empty. I entered the serial number and the release tag as follows:
SN: xxxxxxxxxx
Base Release tag: phoebe-7-6-3-027
Any ideas?

Solved.
The issue was in the serial number. it should be 12 character separated by hyphen :)
