If we agree on a list of probable safe extensions to allow, and block any other type of extension. Would it be easier to specify rather than list the list of probable unsafe extension? Any thoughts?

Hi, I know we can integrate Lync with CME using SNR, but what about the presence, any one tried this before? Our main concern is that i need to see on the Lync agent the the user is busy if he is on the phone? Thx

Solved.The issue was in the serial number. it should be 12 character separated by hyphen :)
