Do we need a Dedicated WSA on premises if we have a complete asa 5525X FW on perimeter.

That entirely depends on what you need.

The 5525x with firepower can do most of what the WSA can do.

The piece it can do is application control, like a look facebook but not chatting on facebook. Allow downloads from Dropbox but not uploads, etc. If you have compliance requirements for a traditional antivirus, you will have to use theWSA

If you're good with category url filter and AMP firepower is fine.

Those features are in WSA not Firepower, and not Umbrella either...
