Hi Oscar,
After reviewing the couple of sections in WSA like reporting and system admisitration > log subscription, I guess there is no direct/easy way to track logged in users. It's little cumbersome but we can only check them in the access-logs.

There is no real way to track the number of users online on the WSA. We can definitely get requests per second though. However, some users use the internet more heavily than other users so it is hard to gauge this.
In the CLI: Use the command 'rate'. This will let you know how many requests per second are being processed by the WSA real time.
In the SHD logs: This will let you know how many connections there are at 1 minute intervals.
In the Track Stats logs: This log is a little difficult to decipher. You can get a history of requests per second and other details. It's mainly used for advanced debugging/troubleshooting.

You can get the number of users authenticated to the box via the CLI, but with the AD agent or the CDA everyone logged in becomes auth'd to the box...

Couldn;t you just run a users report for a short period of time and then count them?
Cheers
Chris
