Hi all

I have s170  work fine with wccp to ASA by M1 and P1

what is the advantage of using p2 ? and how i can use it

and can any one give me  any  config example or cvd  of using p2 I didn't fine it at all

is P1 and P2 used to high viability ?

Is P2 should be in another  sub net of P1  ?

or  P1 should be used for in and P2 for out?

your help is highly appreciated

A useful case to use P1 and P2 is using P1 to receive incoming requests from internal users and use P2 accessing internet to get the response for all incoming requests.

Normally it is not recommended to use P2 to receive the incoming request. If you have to do so, you have to enable it via CLI command "advancedproxyconfig">miscellaneous as by default it is disabled.

Do you want proxy to listen on P2?

[N]>

Additionally P1 and P2 have to use the same routing table which is a restriction.

Hope it helps.
