Solved: WSA S390 - Maximum number of concurrent session

Hello Expert Team,

Could you advise if there`re any concurrent session limitation on WSA S390 appliance? The reason I am asking is that we`re facing with intermittent issue on our WSA when users are getting error on their browser when they have to refresh the page in order to get their full web page correctly. Nothing appear to be wrong on the logs, CPU and RAM are not over-utilized. Average number of connection might be about 40-50K when problem are observed. From the doc on the cisco site I cannot find anything related to the limited number of user`s concurrent connection on WSA S390. Thank you in advance

run "status detail" from the WSA cli ,the limit is 44k for total server connections and 44k for total client connections.

this is TCP connection limit, many requests may go over same tcp connection so maybe it would be good to check the access logs for the particular request.

There could be many reasons why page does not load correctly, check the developer mode in the browser and see which parts of the site do not load.
