WSA Smart Licensing in Load Balance mode.

Hi 

We are in the process to procure 2X WSA and intend to use them in load balance mode. Half of the users from one device and half from another. What I want to confirm is:

1) Do I have two purchase two separate WEB-SEC-SUB for both the devices or I can have one combined license for all the users and add this to my SA . 

Lets say I have 100 users, so do I have to buy 2 X50user licenses or I can buy 1 X 100 users and the licenses can be managed from smart account.

as per my understanding, this License is per device basis. if one of them fails another one should able to perform for 100users.

Thanks for your reply. So if I understand correctly, I can procure a single SKY for 600 licenses and add to my SA. This can be utilised by both the WSA's
